Floral design was a natural transition for Anita MacDonald, after working in the fashion and visual design world and raising her two daughters. Anita’s love for art, design and nature is where she draws her inspiration and creativity from. Gardening alongside her mother on their horse farm is where she fell in love with the colors and textures of flowers and botanicals. Bringing her mother’s brightly colored and fragrant roses, petunias, and daisies into the home instantly brought new life and wonder into the space. This feeling is what she desires to create and share with her floral and botanical designs. Continuing the Greenwich Floral legacy, while working alongside and learning from her mentor, Janet Webb, is an exciting adventure and one she is very grateful to carry on. Anita describes the experience as a “daily masterclass on technique, floral vocabulary and pushing the design boundaries, while honoring the client’s personal aesthetic.” Bringing beauty into any space through floral and botanical creations can ignite a lasting feeling of peace, love and joy!
