Absolutely incredible customer service and stellar arrangement. After I placed my order, I received text and email letting me know certain flowers may need to be substituted for ones in the photo and requesting my approval. I provided that and the resulting arrangement was simply spectacular. My recipient friend is thrilled and I am too! This florist is gold!
